John Evans International have developed JEEVS 40 for shipping or leasing companies throughout the world large or small.

Jeevs 4.0 allows you to process depots maintenance and repair estimates simply and efficiently, even by those with little or no previous computer experience.

Here's a brief list of some of the features included in JEEVS 40: -

The system collects data for future statistics. It manages M&R Maintenance & Repair. Pre-determined authorisation levels can be set for each depot. If estimates are within authorisation levels and passes data checks then it automatically authorises them for repair. Estimates are checked against a bench mark tariff and if they fail the reason will be show on the screen along with the variance from the bench mark tariff. The operator can authorise, refuse authorisation or request a survey be done. Authorisation information including refusal are automatically faxed to the depots. List of surveys required are produced to notify the companies agents. Depots are grouped by country and region enabling different operators to be responsible for different regions. Repair completions are received automatically from depots and self billing reports/faxes are produced.
